What exactly do you do?
We deliver exceptional audio and video editing for your podcast episodes.
What is your turnaround time?
We provide a 24-hour turnaround time. If you’re having our package, they will be back within 24-hours. if you have additional features with video editing, such as transcripts, b-rolls and music the editing will be back within 48-hours.
How and where do I send you the files to be worked on?
Once payment is processed, you will receive a submission document outlining the steps to setup the shared folders with us. We use Google Drive for you to store your asset files.
How will I communicate with you?
Once payment is processed, you will receive a slack invite from our project manager, this will ensure the privacy for both and there you can communicate any matter of the service.
How do I pay for the services?
When you choose your package you’ll be prompted to pay via request for your subscription. We use Wise as a payment processor for the majority of our transactions, but also offer Stripe when needed. We are also working for other payment methods in the future.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
You most certainly can, you aren’t locked into any long-term commitments. Be sure to let us know you’d like to cancel before your renewal date arrives.
Do I need to commit to a contract on
the monthly plans?
Since we do renewal on a monthly basis, you don’t need to sign any contracts when working with us.

Next steps would be to have you choose your package that suits your needs and then follow the setup instructions after payment has been processed. We are looking forward to having you join the Beespokes family.
